Changelog Frequency measurement device micromax-f

V2.44f (Release 28.09.2022)

  • Correction: Password for the 'Settings' page was not requested in the first 5 minutes after a restart.
  • NEW: Preconfiguration of settings (static IP address, Modbus, etc.) is possible according to customer requirements.

V2.44e (Release 23.08.2022)

  • Version for updating older measuring devices. If no GPS setting has been configured, Garmin GPS will be used (since V2.44, Navilock GPS/GNSS receiver is the standard).

V2.44d (Release 29.07.2022)

  • Internally adjusted: Functional test, EEPROM management (loading/saving of settings), and clock determination.

V2.44 (Release 01.04.2022)

  • Adjustment: UDP initialization delayed to allow ARP to resolve MAC addresses in advance.
  • NEW: Display of MAC, IP, NetBiosName, and Gateway on the 'Settings' page.
  • NEW: Port for UDP transmission is adjustable.
  • Adjustment: If no configuration is set for GPS, Navilock GNSS (standard since 11/2020) is received.
  • Correction: Improved behavior when GPS reception is restored.
  • Time from power supply on to the first measurement value is approximately 5 seconds (UDP packets with 100 ms about 3.7 s, UDP second values about 4.4 s, Modbus/TCP about 3.1 s).

V2.43e (Release 01.03.2021)

  • NEW: Checksum of GPS data is verified; invalid messages are discarded.
  • Correction: If no phase was specified, the transformer shift was not considered.

V2.43 (Release 16.11.2020)

  • NEW: Navilock GPS/GNSS is supported. This allows the use of Glonass and Galileo when GPS reception is weak.

V2.42c (Release 12.10.2020)

  • NEW: Website available in English; language can be changed on the 'Settings' page.

V2.41b (Release 18.08.2020)

  • Adjustment: Frequencies above 95 Hz are filtered out.

V2.40d (Release 01.07.2020)

  • Adjustment: Elements for setting date/time on the 'Settings' page are displayed only when GPS is not available. With GPS reception, results such as status, number of visible and used satellites, position/altitude are displayed.

V2.40c (Release 04.03.2020)

  • Correction in the output of the last NMEA messages of GPS reception (UART.html).

V2.40b (Release 06.02.2020)

  • Internally: Update of TCP/IP libraries.

V2.39f (Release 12.12.2019)

  • NEW: Intelligent filtering of measurement values for improved evaluation in case of poor measurement signal (harmonics).
  • NEW: Current phase and phase at the last second change added to Modbus registers.
  • Adjustment: Bounce when plugging in the GPS receiver removed.

V2.38f (Release 31.07.2019)

  • Correction: ModbusRTU with RS485 is initialized after reading the configuration.

V2.38e (Release 04.02.2019)

  • NEW: Adjustable serial number can be used in UDP packets (standard is the device's serial number).

V2.38d (Release 23.11.2018)

  • Adjustment: Maximum number of Modbus/TCP connections set to 12.

V2.38c (Release 15.10.2018)

  • Correction: Only a maximum of 10 Modbus/TCP connections were possible.

V2.38b (Release 30.08.2018)

  • NEW: Multiple Modbus/TCP connections via custom ports are possible (up to 20).

V02.37a (Release 15.06.2018)

  • NEW: UDP packets can be sent every 100 ms. The packets include the rolling 100 ms average and the rolling second average.
  • Adjustment: No time correction is made on GPS Receiver Warning since GPS cannot guarantee signal quality.
  • NEW: The 100 ms measurement values for the frequency and the phase angle can be retrieved.

V02.36e (Release 20.07.2018)

  • NEW: The measured phase angle can be adjusted for display (inverted with +180 degrees, phase adjustment +120 degrees and +240 degrees).
  • Correction: Rounding errors in 100, 150, 200 ms values.
  • Correction: Calculation of phase angle. An angle of 360 degrees could be displayed, which is correct as 0 degrees.

V02.36 (Release 05.07.2017)

  • NEW: In the settings, a 4-digit PIN can be set, which must be entered when accessing the page.
